Once your payment is confirmed, the work is ours to do. These are the stages from your receipt to your delivery report, and the few points where you take part.
1. Payment confirmed
You receive a receipt by email when the payment is confirmed, and our production team schedules your order. If you have an account on seomisr.com, you can follow the order under My orders.
2. Research
We start from your brief. For a sales page, we research your offer, your customers and what your competitors promise. For articles, we plan the keywords before writing a word: the main keyword, and the related terms people actually search with, in the language of the article.
3. Writing and design
A sales page is written around one offer and one step. It opens with a headline and a sub-headline built around the target keyword, then states the problem in your customer's words and presents your offer as the answer. Then come the details: what you do, what is included and what it costs. After that, the page answers the objections in your brief, and it closes with a clear call to the step you want, with your contact route. The design uses your colours and fonts, with artwork made for this page.
An article opens with an introduction that answers the question directly. Then come sections with headings that follow how the topic is searched, concrete detail such as steps and examples instead of filler, internal links to your pages, and a title and description sized for search results.
4. Review
Every sales page passes an automatic check before publishing, and a page that fails goes back to production, not to you. Every article is reviewed by our production team. The full list is in What the automatic check on sales pages verifies.
5. Your approval, at the Pro and Complete levels
If you chose either of these levels, we send you the work before publishing, and nothing goes live without your approval. At the Standard level, we move straight to publishing once the work clears our checks.
6. Publishing
We publish the work where you chose. With packs, we publish on a schedule we agree with you, and at the Complete level for articles, publishing is spread out over time. For a dedicated blog, we set up the blog first, then publish its three launch articles, so it does not open empty.
7. The delivery report
When the work is live, you receive the link to your delivery report: a web page with every link, a PDF, and a plain list of links. Details are in The delivery report, its PDF and the list of links.
How long does it take?
It depends on how much you ordered and where it is published. At the Pro and Complete levels, your order goes ahead of any queue. If you are working to a date, put it in your brief.
What is your part?
One brief, one payment, and your approval if you chose review before publishing. Everything after the payment is confirmed is our job.
If you remember something after paying
Reply to the confirmation or receipt email with the missing or corrected information. The earlier it reaches us, the easier it is to include it in the work.
