How to contact us

Email, the contact page and replies to your order emails, and what to write so we can answer in one reply.

We work in writing for now: by email and through the contact page. There is no phone line and no WhatsApp number. If your question is about an order you have already placed, there is a shorter route.

Two ways to reach us

  • Email: write to mail@seomisr.com.
  • Contact page: open seomisr.com/contact. The form asks for your name, your email and your message. A subject is optional.

You can write to us in English or in Arabic.

If your question is about an existing order

Reply to the confirmation email you received when you placed the order. The order reference is in its subject line, so we can see straight away which order you mean, and we do not need to ask you for it.

This is also how you change an order before paying: you can ask to change the scope, ask about the price, or agree the topics first. Nothing is produced until your payment clears, so there is no rush. Details are in Paying, and what to do if a payment does not go through.

If you have already paid and want to change the email address on the order, reply to any email from us and we update it.

You do not need a full brief to ask

A rough idea is enough to start a conversation. You do not need a domain, a payment card or a finished brief. A message such as "We run a dental clinic and want a page for our whitening offer, in English and in Arabic, before the end of the month" gives us enough to begin. That message is an illustrative example.

What helps us answer in one reply

  • Your business name, and your website if you have one
  • The service you are asking about: a sales page, articles or a dedicated blog
  • The language you need: English, Arabic or both
  • For an existing order: the email address you ordered with, and the order reference from your confirmation email
  • For a correction: the link to the published piece, and what should change
  • Any deadline you are working to

The clearer the first message, the fewer emails it takes to reach an answer.

Answers you may find here first

Privacy requests, complaints and the terms

Privacy requests, complaints and questions about the Terms of Service all come through the same two channels, and we handle them the same way. If anything in the terms is unclear to you, ask us before you order: we would rather explain it at the start than disagree about it later.

If your question is about changing work that has already been delivered, start with Changes and corrections after delivery.
