A dedicated blog is a whole blog under your business name: its own address, its own topic, and your name on it. We build it, design it, host it and secure it, and we launch it with three articles. You never need to open a dashboard.

What the $94 covers

The price covers the first year and includes:

  • Full setup: design, structure and categories
  • One year of hosting
  • An HTTPS certificate and security hardening from day one
  • Automatic backups and uptime monitoring
  • Three articles written and published to launch the blog, so it does not open empty
  • An address on a subdomain we provide, or on a subdomain of your website such as blog.yourbrand.com

Articles after the launch

After the three launch articles, later articles are ordered separately, whenever you like, at the article price or with a pack. When you order them, choose "On my own dedicated blog" as the place of publishing, and we publish them for you, so you never need to log in to the blog.

At the Complete level for articles, each article is published under a named author, and publishing is spread out over time.

What to write when you order

In the details box of the order form, write the blog's name, the address you prefer (a subdomain of your website, or one we provide), the language of the blog and its articles, the topics it will cover, and anything we must or must not say.

How is it different from articles in our network?

Articles in our network are published on blogs we run, and they point to your website. A dedicated blog is itself one of your business's assets: everything we write for you gathers in one place, on your topic and under your name.

After the first year

  • No automatic charge. We contact you before the renewal date, and you decide.
  • The renewal price is the price in force at the time of renewal. Today, another year costs the same as the blog: $94.
  • To renew, use "Request renewal" in the Blogs section of your account, or reply to our email.
  • If you decide not to renew, we contact you before anything changes, and nothing is removed on the date without notice.
  • A copy of your content: on request, we provide an export of your published content, so you can take it elsewhere.

Moving to your own address later

You can start today on a subdomain we provide, then move the blog to blog.yourbrand.com when you are ready. We move it with the old links redirected, so nothing you have built is lost. The steps for connecting your address are in Connecting a subdomain of your own with one CNAME record.

Is it right for you?

It suits you if you plan to publish regularly and want everything written for you to stay under your name. If you only need a few articles, articles in our network may be enough.

A quick way to decide: if you can picture the list of topics you would want on the blog over the coming months, the blog has something to grow on. If you cannot yet, start with a few articles in our network and come back to the idea later.
